By engaging with WOLFEYE STUDIOS™ for production services, clients agree to these terms of service. These terms govern the provision of video production, audio production, post-production, and related media services.
WOLFEYE STUDIOS™ provides media production services as specified in project agreements or statements of work. Services are delivered according to agreed specifications, timelines, and deliverable formats.
Clients are responsible for:
Ownership and usage rights of deliverables are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, WOLFEYE STUDIOS™ retains ownership of work product until payment obligations are fulfilled.
Payment terms, rates, and schedules are established in project agreements. Services may require deposits or milestone payments. Delivery of final files may be contingent upon payment completion.
Revision policies are specified in project agreements. Additional revisions beyond agreed scope may incur additional fees.
Cancellation policies are outlined in project agreements. Work completed prior to cancellation may be billable according to the terms specified.
WOLFEYE STUDIOS™ provides services with reasonable skill and care. Liability is limited to the scope specified in project agreements and applicable law.
WOLFEYE STUDIOS™ maintains confidentiality of client information and project materials according to professional standards and any non-disclosure agreements in place.
Disputes arising from service agreements will be addressed through direct communication. If resolution cannot be reached, applicable legal jurisdiction will be determined by the location of service delivery or as specified in project agreements.
These terms may be updated periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Existing project agreements remain subject to terms in effect at the time of agreement.
